Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
imgDeliver (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Tiny Robots, LLC (“Tiny Robots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Delaware, United States at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies when you:
- Visit our website at https://imgdeliver.io (the “Website”), or any other website of ours that links to this Privacy Policy
- Create an account for, or use, the Service
- Communicate with us, including for support, sales, or marketing
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@imgdeliver.io.
The Short Version
- We collect the personal information needed to operate the Service — such as your name, your email address, and information about how you use the Service.
- We analyze usage information, which may include personal information, for analytics and to improve our products.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we never share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.
- We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the Service, and only for that purpose.
- You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time.
Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and optionally a profile photo (avatar).
- Sign-in information. We use passwordless sign-in. If you sign in with an email link, we generate short-lived login tokens. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub, that provider shares basic profile information with us (such as your name, email address, and profile photo). We do not collect or store passwords.
- Billing information. If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects your payment card details and billing address — we do not receive or store your full card number. We keep records of your subscription, invoices, and payment status. Stripe’s handling of your data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Content you submit. Any data, files, or configuration you or your team submit to the Service in order to use it.
- Communications. The contents of messages you send us, for example support requests or feedback.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Website or use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage information:
- Device and connection data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device characteristics.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, actions taken, session times and frequency, and similar activity data.
- Referral data — the website or campaign that referred you to us.
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as racial or ethnic origin, health data, religious beliefs, or biometric data), and we do not collect precise geolocation. We may derive an approximate location (such as country or city) from your IP address for security and analytics purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide and operate the Service — create and manage your account, authenticate you, deliver the features you use, and process payments.
- Analytics and product improvement. We analyze how the Service is used — including personal information such as account activity and usage data — to understand what works, diagnose problems, and improve and develop our products. This analysis is done by us, for us; the results are never sold or shared with third parties.
- Communicate with you — send transactional emails (such as sign-in links, receipts, and important service announcements) and respond to your requests. We send marketing communications only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
- Security and fraud prevention — protect the Service and its users, including bot protection, abuse detection, and error monitoring.
- Legal compliance — comply with applicable law, and establish or defend legal claims.
What We Never Do
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under US state privacy laws), we do not give third parties access to your personal information for their own marketing, and we do not use your content to build advertising profiles. This applies to all personal information we hold, however collected.
When We Share Information
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
Service providers. We use a small number of providers to run the Service. They process personal information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Cloud hosting, data storage, and email delivery | United States |
| Stripe | Payment processing and billing | United States |
| AppSignal | Error monitoring and application performance | European Union |
| Cloudflare | Bot protection and security | United States |
| Slack | Internal operational notifications | United States |
Legal requirements. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of our users or the public.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and the new operator will remain bound by commitments at least as protective as this Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, which also explains how to manage your cookie preferences. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we deactivate it and then delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations (for example, billing and tax records), resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk and should notify us immediately at hello@imgdeliver.io if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
International Transfers
We are a US company and personal information is processed primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, and processed in, countries that may have different data protection laws than your own. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See our Data Processing Addendum for details.
Your Privacy Rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland
We process your personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so: to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (such as analytics, product improvement, and security, balanced against your rights), with your consent (such as marketing and non-essential cookies), or to comply with legal obligations.
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your personal data
- Receive a portable copy of your personal data
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority
If you are in the United States
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under California law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You may use an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, and if we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision.
Everyone
Wherever you live, you can exercise any of the rights above by emailing us at hello@imgdeliver.io. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming control of the email address on your account) and respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also update most account information directly in your account settings.
Children
The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@imgdeliver.io and we will delete it.
Data We Process for Our Customers
Some of our customers submit data about their own end users to the Service. For that data, the customer is the data controller and we act as a data processor: we process it only on the customer’s instructions, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. If your data has been submitted to the Service by one of our customers, please direct privacy requests to that customer; we will assist them in responding.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
