Last updated: July 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy describes what you may not do when using imgDeliver (the “Service”), operated by Tiny Robots, LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything you do with the Service, including anything done through your account by your team members or systems. If you use the Service to send email or other messages, you must comply with applicable anti-spam and telecommunications laws (including CAN-SPAM and equivalents in your recipients’ jurisdictions). In particular, you must:
- Send only to recipients who have given you valid consent to receive your messages, or with whom you have a relationship that lawfully permits the message
- Never use purchased, rented, harvested, or scraped recipient lists, or send unsolicited bulk messages
- Honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly

Data Collection and Privacy
If you use the Service to collect, track, or analyze data about your own end users, you must:
- Have a lawful basis for the collection, and a published privacy policy that accurately discloses it, including your use of the Service

You may not:
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other workloads unrelated to its intended purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement
- Impose an unreasonable load on the Service, including through excessive automated requests, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks
- Interfere with other customers’ use of the Service
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, throttling usage, and suspending or terminating accounts — immediately and without notice where the violation is serious or ongoing. We may report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations. As set out in our Terms of Service, fees are not refunded when an account is terminated for violating this policy.
Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this policy, please report it to us at hello@imgdeliver.io. We review all reports.
